Two Secrets to Great Portraits

Here are two simple tips for great portraits.
Use Long Lenses
Traditional portraiture is done using long lenses or focal lengths.  You can do this on your simple point and shoot by stepping back and zooming in.  This cause a flattening effect of the face, which tends to be much more flattering.

A Kit to Start Learning Photography

Here’s a great option for beginning to learn digital photography.  To start out you probably only need 1 Camera and a Lens.  There is a lot to learn with these two pieces of equipment.
